Okay: billion-dollar idea for free. Check it:
1. Be a console game developer.
2. Get the Tenacious D license.
3. Remember Simpsons Road Rage, as it relates to Grand Theft Auto? Your Tenacious D game is of course similarly analogous to Guitar Hero.
