How to link
Cornucopt’s standard link pattern is [a single set of square brackets]. To make a link like this, use square brackets [like this]. That link will lead to a page called “like this”; if no such page exists, you may be invited to create one (depending on site permissions).
Cornucopt supports “pipelinks,” wherein one piece of text is visible to the user but the actual text of the link is something else. To make a link like this, write your link [pipelinks|like this].
Cornucopt also supports links to pages offsite, as well as ftp:// and mailto:// URLs. Any link text that begins with “http://”, “ftp://”, or “mailto://” will be treated literally and not processed at all (more or less).

As soon as we can figure out a reasonable way to do so, we’ll implement “standard” MediaWiki markup as an option at the site-admin level (at least).
